Earning a dual CCNA / CCSP certification starts with mastering all of the exam objectives for each of these important Cisco credentials. The CCNA portion of the Cisco boot camp introduces you to Cisco networking fundamentals such as network types and media and then digs into topics such as installing, configuring, managing, and troubleshooting small/medium enterprise branch networks, working with networking protocols, routing and switching, establishing both point-to-point as well as frame relay connections, working with IOS devices, connecting to WANs, working with VLANs, implementing security on the network, and other Cisco interconnected networking topics measured by the two required CCNA exams. The CCSP portion of the dual CCNA / CCSP boot camp covers Cisco Certified Security Professional topics such as network infrastructure management, network infrastructure security, and Cisco router and switch security features as well as Cisco and security technologies such as Cisco Security Agent, Network Admission Control, Adaptive Security Appliance, and Intrusion Prevention Systems. The CCSP IT certification requires that you pass three CCSP certification exams covering Cisco router and switch security, ASA foundation, and Cisco Intrusion Prevention Systems. You can prepare for dual CCNA / CCSP certification by attending one of Countrywide Training's IT boot camps.
Dual CCNA / CCSP bootcamps are not easy. In fact, you will many days immersed in network and security topics.
