Boot Camp FAQ
Q: Is it possible to bring a boot camp onsite?
A: Yes. We can run classes at your facility as well as testing as well. Please ask your sales representative about this option..
Q: Can I deduct airfare or lodging off the price of my boot camp?
A: Yes you can. Airfare is a $250 deduction and lodging is deducted based off duration of the class. Typically it is $250 for 7 day classes, $500 for 10 day classes and $750 for 14 day classes.
Q: I need to book my own airfare, what dates should I fly in/out?
A: Students should arrive the day before class and can leave late in the day on the last day of class or the day after. The night before class and the night after class are both included in your hotel stay.
Q: What meals are covered?
A: Both breakfast & lunch are provided daily. You will need to take care of dinner.
Q: I don't see a date for a particular date, can I request a date?
A: Additional dates can be set up to accomodate you if you have at least 5 students that need the training.
Q: What is your pass rate?
A: On the first try, students have an 85% pass rate for all courses held at our location.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Students who cancel prior to 14 days within the class start date will be issued a refund minus the airfare if it is already purchased for the student. Students who cancel within the 14 day period before the class will be charged a cancellation fee. Students are allowed to withdraw after the first day of class and are refunded the amount of the class minus any airfare or hotel stay that is used.
Q: Is the class held at the hotel?
A: No, the class is held in a dedicated facility that is about one mile away. A shuttle is provided to transport you to/from class.
Q: What kind of Practice exams are used?
A: MeasureUp practice exams are usually what is used.
Q: Do you accept GI Bill?
A: Yes we do. Ask your sales representative for more information.
Q: Are the exams taken in class the actual vendor recognized exams?
A: Yes, the exams taken are the actual exams you need to become certified. Testing is held in our facility.
